The Canadian dojo for the Ku Yu Kai Karate Club is led by Vice President, Shihan George Chan, 6th degree black belt. After many years of karate training in Canada and Japan, Shihan George Chan brought the Ku Yu Kai style to Canada and has spread its traditional Go Ju Ryu techniques to dojos in Vancouver's lower mainland. With over 20 years of teaching experience, he has taught thousands of students of all ages, as well as being involved in coaching and judging competitions throughout BC.
